    What do I need to track my vehicle?

    An active SIM with mobile data, a compatible tracking platform and a correctly installed and configured FMB920. Choose a package with both services if you need them.

    How do the server packages differ?

    Standard includes 3 months of trip history. PRO uses Navirec and includes 5 years of trip history. In both packages the included SIM and platform service run for 12 months.

    Does FMB920 work on 4G networks?

    FMB920 transmits data over 2G GSM / GPRS. It requires 2G coverage at the location of use and a SIM card that supports this network. Check your operator’s 2G availability before purchasing.

    Can the tracker run on its internal battery?

    The 170 mAh battery provides backup power. For everyday operation connect the tracker to a 6–30 V DC vehicle supply. Backup runtime varies with configuration and network conditions.
