Portable HSA-Q1 spectrum analyzer for RF detection and analysis from 1 MHz to 13.44 GHz. Waterfall display, AM/WFM/NFM demodulation, background comparison and USB data logging support professional TSCM inspections.
HSA-Q1 is a handheld spectrum analyzer for examining the RF environment and detecting transmissions from concealed devices. It supports searches for cellular devices, wireless listening devices and transmitting cameras within its 1 MHz–13.44 GHz frequency range.
Select a detected signal and use Zoom to narrow the analysis span down to 25 MHz for closer examination. The Waterfall display shows activity over time and helps analyze short bursts, pulsed signals and frequency-hopping transmissions. Persistence mode uses color to show how long signals remain present.
Background memory saves an RF reference scan for comparison with later inspections. New signals are highlighted on screen. Memory Log records data to a USB drive with date and time stamps for subsequent review and analysis.
Tune & Listen allows a selected signal to be monitored using AM, wideband FM (WFM) or narrowband FM (NFM) demodulation. Audio is available through the internal speaker or headphones. This helps assess compatible analogue signals; it does not imply decryption of encrypted digital content.
Detection depends on the transmitted signal, power, frequency, antenna and surroundings. The stated approximate 50 m range is not guaranteed in all conditions. An RF analyzer alone cannot detect switched-off devices or devices that are not transmitting.
