How do the packages differ?

Standard – Tracker, SIM card and tracking platform with 3 months of trip history.
Tracker + SIM – Device and SIM card with mobile data, for use with your own tracking platform.
Tracker only – Device only, if you already have a SIM card and tracking platform.
Included services are valid for 12 months and are renewed separately afterwards. PRO history is stored for 5 years, but the service subscription is for 12 months.

Teltonika FMC880 is a compact 4G LTE Cat 1 GPS tracker for cars, vans and vehicle fleets. It mounts on the vehicle battery and sends location and trip data to your chosen tracking platform. It also supports 2G fallback.

Power wires with clamp connectors attach to the battery terminals. The slim enclosure mounts with double-sided tape as described in the manufacturer’s manual; the supply range is 10–30 V DC.

The dual-band receiver helps improve positioning in challenging environments. View routes and history on the platform; accuracy depends on installation, surroundings and satellite visibility.
Events and accessories Monitor important changes
Configure towing, power disconnection, overspeeding and geofence events. Bluetooth LE supports compatible sensors and beacons, purchased separately. Notifications depend on the settings.

Frequently asked questions
What is required to start tracking?
You need an active Micro-SIM with mobile data, a compatible tracking platform and correct APN and server settings. Connect the prepared device to a 10–30 V DC supply and install it according to the manual.
How do the PRO and Standard bundles differ?
Both bundles include the tracker, SIM and platform for 12 months. The PRO platform retains 5 years of trip history; the Standard platform retains 3 months. Subscription duration differs from history retention: services are renewed separately after 12 months.
Can it be installed under the bonnet?
FMC880 is designed to mount on the vehicle battery. Its IP65 enclosure resists dust and water jets, but is not intended for immersion. Follow the manufacturer’s mounting and temperature requirements and protect it from direct engine heat.
Does it read vehicle CAN or OBD data?
The standard battery connection provides location, movement and supply voltage data. FMC880 has no built-in CAN or OBD connectors. Additional data requires compatible accessories and a suitable platform.
How long does it work after disconnection?
The internal 170 mAh battery provides backup power. Runtime depends on data transmission, network conditions and sleep modes. For everyday use, the tracker is powered by the vehicle’s electrical system.
